“Thank you for following up on the quote. Another supplier was not chosen. From time to time we need play sand. It is not often but there are times when we need it. We also need a reliable source for it as well. After I received the quote and priced it for the job the customer chose to move in a different direction. We like the service we receive from Aggtrans. Our sales rep took the time to notify us that the masonry sand had changed colors slightly. That was a great to me was great customer service. Most companies would just ship, and ad say that's the new sand and its out of our hands. We will continue to use Aggtrans because of the service we receive. The online portal is easy to use as well.”
