Dispatcher & Truck Scheduler for Construction / Aggregate Material Supply
Aggregate Transport Corp is currently accepting applications for EXPERIENCED Schedulers and Dispatchers with industry experience only. Must have 3 years of experience working with DUMP TRUCK coordination, knowledge of heavy highway construction, aggregate materials, map reading skills, strong computer, and communication skills, as well as ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.1. Critical thinking skills.
2. Ability to review order entry and assess schedules to optimize driver productivity.
3. Ensure order processing and dispatch accuracy and timeliness.
4. Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Ensure quality of work by ensuring the accuracy of orders and order processing *Strong understanding of Drivers as well as Contractor customer relations.
5. Strong oral and written communication.
6. Strong computer skills; Excel, FACTS software.
7. Experience in dispatch dump truck along with quarry locations throughout the tri-state area.
8. Experience with scale operations and map reading skills.
9. Strong ability to thrive and multi-task in a demanding environment.1. Construction Industry: 3 years.

Yard Crew Member
The Stone Store has an immediate opening for yard help at our facility in Harmans, MD. This job includes but is not limited to assisting customers, running heavy equipment, cleaning our facility, bagging sand and gravel products, weighing and loading stone material, as well as building orders for shipment. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to move up. We are looking for a high energy highly motivated individual who is looking for long term employment.1. Reliable transportation.
2. Bobcat and Forklift experience.

Field Operations Coordinator
As a Field Operations Coordinator at Aggtrans, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by supporting our commercial sales team and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include providing on-site project support, assisting with material and site issues, and managing logistics. You will also be instrumental in acquiring new projects and customers, overseeing material transport and disposal, and coordinating import and export projects. Additionally, you will act as a transportation liaison, helping to recruit and onboard transportation partners.1. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve outlined sales budgets.
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
3. Assist in job pre-production planning with the Sales Team/Reps.
4. Conduct field scouting to identify new project opportunities.
5. Visit ongoing projects to ensure job performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Generate leads and direct them to the sales team.
7. Coordinate logistics related to project management.
8. Develop and maintain a contact list for market soil partners, soil and disposal locations, and trucking partners.
9. Develop and maintain a network of contacts for importing and exporting materials, primarily soils, including job sites, material transportation companies, and disposal locations.
10. Maintain an up-to-date CRM workflow.
11. Act as a transportation liaison, recruiting and onboarding transportation partners.1. Relevant experience in the Construction/Transportation industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and other relevant tools.
6. Knowledge of soil management protocols and logistics is desirable.
